Yeah, soy/pea protein is a meh source of protein for sure. For vegans it's good because it's "something" vs. nothing. Taste is terrible.No, they don't. I use a Whey based protein supplement. I does have Lecithin but doesn't mention it as a soy based one. You're not going to taste it anyway, because its a very minor ingredient. There are several non-soy based protein supplements. Most protein supplements are whey or pea based. Pea based tastes,,, well,,, terrible. Whey is derived from milk. Get a lactose free one if you have any lactose issues.
But the king would be whey isolate as it is super bioavable.
