We haven’t drafted a QB in the first round since Archie Manning.

Only drafted one QB in the first in our entire history.

No other organization is run this way.

Next year is not a good QB year, but I guess it doesn’t matter because we will never draft a QB in the first two rounds.

You can bust on a first round QB just like you can on a first riund DL. Just like you can score on a third round QB or a seventh round WR.

All the QBs he listed been in this league for 4+ years.... safe to say their mid tier QBs and they all have landed where they gonna end up....

I don't think anyone would call P Manning a mid tier QB, but the Broncos went to the SuperBowl, when his arm was a noodle.
Soon he after recovered they won handily.
