i played the SEC championship in the Superdome last night...the lighting in the Dome was crazy bright and had cloud shadows passing along the field like roof was opened....has anyone else seen this glitch??

I’ve played a bunch of em there and haven’t noticed. I’m blind tho.

it was definitely a glitch because the menus and playcall screens all looked normal...they also had a crazy amount of lighting on the ceiling...i haven't been to the dome in a few years but so maybe they added some lights

Isn't the SEC Championship always played in Atlanta? Or is that different in the game? Maybe the glitch is that it said it was the Superdome but it was actually the stadium in Atlanta?

yeah, it wasn't SEC championship (i was playing against Ohio State)...it was the Sugar Bowl for the quarter final...i had played the SECCG just before that

Haven't bought it but played it. I've never seen college DBs play such perfect, mistake free coverage in my life like this cpu. Didn't even see this on madden.

Now when I'm on defense, I have a corner decide to go for a bathroom break mid play.

Agreed and me too. I love the game. Thankful for it. Just wish we could get a trophy room as dynasty mode is all I care about, nothing carries over so it should just be called seasons. I do love it tho and have about 40 dynasties going.

I went ahead despite the warnings and got it. I'm someone who hasn't touched Madden in a decade. So I start my 2 star rated dynasty and I know I need to upgrade my offensive and defensive lines first. So I do that and I now have four 90+ rated lineman. Unfortunately, all that time and patience to land these 4 and 5 star OL recruits at my less prestigious school meant absolutely nothing.

I get to the BCS quarterfinals and my 4 star QB is getting destroyed. My 4 star RB with 95 speed and acceleration can find no holes. Why? My offensive line full of 1st round NFL picks can't even hold up against a 3 man rush. Just absolutely disgusting. I send 3 at the CPU line and their QB literally runs around for 10 seconds to find an open receiver.

Before deleting the game I do some research and find this is ANOTHER common issue. So apparently I need to go into game settings and raise my pass and run block sliders. Also need to reduce CPU pass defense sliders (another problem).

I shouldn't need to do any of that. Bad coding logic on a $70 AAA game is frankly unacceptable. And the line blocking isn't the only glaring issue. Already had to remove roughing the kicker penalties. The only good aspects of this thing are the natural colorful aspects of college football.

Totally agree on the Roughing the kicker. Other than that I have no problems with the gameplay. I love it, sure it isn’t perfect tho. I find it too easy on All American so I’ll try Heisman soon….

Are you playing offline Dynasty? Who are you playing with to find this easy?

I’m in a few leagues with friends, most are by myself tho. I only play dynasty. I play with terrible schools all the way up to the great schools. Usually put up 70 plus on All American. Just finished an undefeated season winning the Natty with Penn State. Some close games in that season tho, I also suck at recruiting.

Maybe the game treats Penn St better than it does UNLV. I just had my 90 rated star LE get rag dolled and thrown to the ground by an 80 rated RT for North Texas. Meanwhile, every time I drop back to pass somebody from the N Texas defensive line breaks through within 2 seconds. I ID the Mike and do proper half slides. I identify unblocked blitzers. None of it matters. This game has horrid programming for anybody not willing to run the ball 80% of the time.

I use UNLV too as I grew up across from that university,played basketball with the team while Tark the Shark was the coach…..
Anyhow, maybe I’m just lucky…I do well with them too. Game isn’t perfect tho for sure.
I don’t identify any blitzers or mikes and I have never slid my protection.

I would say I’m 60-40 run to pass but I have no problem passing when I do. Much depends on the playbook imo. I actually won the Heisman with Ricky White in my UNLV dynasty.
