SHH podcast noted that McCoy left the Saints locker room last night in a walking boot and looking very hesitant to put any weight on that leg.
It is being reported as a calf injury.

Unbelievable, but it appears he may be lost for at least a few weeks.

The Saints really need to hope Penning can get back soon and contribute almost immediately.

Maybe they could put Penning at LT and move Hurst to RG instead of Throckmorton?

MCCoy and Werner are out 2-3 years with ankle injuries according to Michael Thomas.

Turf. NFL needs to ban Turf fields and require all stadiums to move to all grass fields. Not gonna happen, but would reduce the leg injuries substantially
