i just watched this the other day

Joyeux noel, it's about German, Scottish and FGrench troops who call a cease fire during WWI for christmas.

i thought it was great, highly reccommend it

That movie is only watchable if you're viewing the MST3K version. Otherwise...blech.


I think the Ref qualifies as a lesser known of a great Christmas movie. Certainly captured a lot of aspects of family holiday dysfunction

I purposely was looking to see if anyone listed The Ref before I did, I watch it every Christmas now for about 5 years or longer.

I also just saw White Christmas for the first time yesterday. Nice movie.

It probably doesn't count but there are also a few nice Christmas themed television episodes of shows. The Christmas episode of "My So Called Life" is one of my favorites.
