Kendre made it two games back from IR before returning immediately.

I'd like to see the Saints resign Hergel to the practice squad.

I'd also like to see the Saints elevate Michael Jacobson from the practice squad to the active gameday roster before the season ends and let him get some targets with his 6' 7" height. As a former basketball player, he should have some box out mentality and some vertical elevation to his game. As an undrafted rookie free agent that wasn't invited to the combine, we don't really know what kind of speed or vertical he has. Can he be a contested catch guy with his height?

This is his 4th year in the league on his 3rd team and now in his 2nd year with the Saints. It's time we see if he has anything to offer or not.

It's not like our TE room is balling out. Jacobson may not be able to play on early downs but he might be an asset in the passing game.

Reports are that he was a force in the passing game in training camp.

We'll never know while he is sitting dormant on the practice squad.
