The rule is, if its inside the 10, don't catch it. Just idiotic. This is how the game will be lost. This play is gonna reverberate throughout the entire season, or at least it wont surprise me if it does. Sometimes I hate being a fan of this team.

You get the penalty, you get the defensive stop and the first thing your dumb@$$ does is muff the punt for a TD. Deep Sigh.

In recent years it has changed to the 5 yard line with punters getting so good at getting punts to die after landing, but your point remains.
