these "freak" plays like having a ball batted 20 feet in the air by a pass rusher with immediate penetration or having 3 defenders run into each other to give up 50 yards on 3rd and 16 are what happens when you make mistakes or play soft

He's not lazy. He's just slow. Carr has zero pocket mobility. Never has. It's one of his major limitations as an NFL QB. He should have just thrown that away at someone's feet.
