I've been away mostly because when I started on this thread it was something I was doing when I was drinking. I'm not drinking all the time anymore, don't have the money. But I's is drinking right now!!

I'm not sure on what I might bake. I just cut up some pineapples so a pineapple upside down cake is an option. I can make an almond cake with cherry icing. I could make a raspberry cake. Or I'm considering making 2 of my options. I actually have a dozen other options. I must choose.
