FA Guard Dillon Radunz visited the Saints [Saints sign Dillon Radunz to 1 year deal]

The only downside I could see is if his salary is high enough to be included in the compensatory pick calculation (which could wipe out a potential 4th rounder for Adebo). If so, wish they would have waited until after the draft to sign.
It's a one year deal for a below average player, I don't think his salary will make much of an impact. Plus, you have to add to the free agent losses and additions the Lucas Patrick signing, which wasn't on the books before.

Exactly, if he is considered a "CFA" based on salary, he would eliminate Adebo. Hoping he is more in line with a salary like Patrick or lower.

I think the OTC guy's writeup stipulates that they can only award up to 32 comp picks per draft. Radunz' expected low salary does not place him close to the top 32. So, unlikely to be a concern on that basis alone.

I would hope he falls in the lower tier and is not considered. However, it is technically not just the top 32 salaries as if a team signs more players than it loses (that qualify as CFA), they do not get a comp pick regardless of how large the salaries are.

This is not accurate. Only compensatory free agents count towards the compensatory pick formula.

Here’s an example of a team that’s lost seven total free agents, gained six, yet they have three comp picks currently.

Non-compensatory free agents have no bearing.

Looks like a $2.5m salary would be enough to eliminate the pick for Adebo since Radunz played a high percentage of snaps for the Titans, of course assuming no other deals would push his deal out of CFA range.
