This guys about to step in that puddle this time is my Uncle Bill on my wife’s side. Today’s is also my mother in laws birthday. Uncle Bill was her brother. Tonight we went out for her birthday dinner and Uncle Bills wife said she atill has that hat, the gloves and the coat. He was a pretty cool guy.

The figure I saw was actually worse than that, 35%:

Phil's 17th with his 35% accuracy. He's beaten by three taxidermied groundhogs, but he does at least have a better track record than 'Mojave Max' - a tortoise.

Staten Island Chuck though is apparently a bit of a master, with an 85% accuracy record. He didn't agree with Phil this year, Phil predicted six more weeks of winter, while Chuck predicted an early spring.
