Bet ya bottom dollar the Who Dat chant will be louder in the Dome against the whiners. Who Dat Nation will bring the noise Sunday.

I was at the game (and somehow didnt jinx us) and I saw the decible meter on the big screen. I think the highest I saw it get was 107.

Once it showed over 111.

I could tell from tv it was very loud which no doubt helped quite a bit. I wasn't too happy to hear the fans booing Ingram early on though, buy otherwise enjoyed the noise.

A play after the Saints scored a TD in the second half when the Cowboys had a third down it was really cranking on TV. Easily the loudest I've heard the dome this season.

It's a shame every game the crowd doesn't get like that.

its because they started putting a decibel meter on the jumbotron while the Saints D was on the field.

they showed it in the bottom right corner of the jumbotron, while the cameras were showing the players in the huddle up until they got set for the snap. once the fans took notice, they got louder to see if it would go up. it did.

I was there and enjoyed every moment of it! I witnessed the decibel meter get as high as 110....later, it only faired around 108. Still, good 12th man action there!!! My husband and I sat in section 644...those people were amped!!! We were even able to get some good participation from a Cowboys fan before he departed...lol

Yep. Smart move too. Every time we saw the meter people would work harder

The biggest draw back of us starting fast is we (crowd) get lazy if we go up early. I almost hate going to games bc I end up with a stress headache from screaming

If by super fancy you mean the terrace end zone then yes. I did see the faux meter thing on the banner screens. But it didn't seem like a real measurement.

I wasn't inside, but i can reassure you that the fans in champion square did their part in giving the fleeing dallas fans hell. As the left the stadium they were graced with departing chant of "NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, HEY HEY HEY, GOOD BYYYYYYYYYYE" It was awesome!

Even better was Wiilie Nelson crooning "Mama don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys" blaring over the Champion Square and dome speakers as we walked out. One of my favorite football moments ever.
