Looking forward to the days when we don't have to watch Mathieu play for this team. He's been a zero-effort embarrassment since day one and I think it's a disgrace that he wears a C on his chest.

Where all the Rizzi defenders now? Loomis defenders?

I could care less if we bring Rizzi back next year (though I would like to retain him as ST coach), but I don't think this game told us anything about Rizzi. Besides our ancient veteran players, the only players on the field tonight that I recognized were players I would have preferred NOT to be in a Saints uniform this year.

We put together a good veneer of a team this year. On the outside, it was good (see games 1 and 2), but once you get past that thin veneer there was nothing but rot and garbage underneath.

I also don't think this season told us much about Kubiak, and I really don't care. Barring 2-3 younger players, I would like to see a fresh NO coaching staff and team next year. I just don't see how anybody can shake off the stench of failure and maintain any ability or dignity.

Every year there has been a reasonable and persuasive argument against a total rebuild. Tonight, I think we have proven that argument incorrect.

I'm gonna hold off on Rattler right now. No weapons whatsoever. He has a lot of growing to do as a NFL QB, but I would like to see him with a full supporting cast. Not saying he's the answer by any means, but this is just a bad team right now.

This is Loomis' mess. We are millions of dollars over the cap and have nothing to show for it. Years of bad drafts and bad contracts and maybe only two pro bowl type players (Kamara and perhaps McCoy?). So disappointing.

As bad as this team is, our best case is to only get the 10th draft pick. It's going to be a long rebuild as the team is devoid of talent except for a few players.

He was bad his first year here in 2022 as well. There's a reason Chiefs fans wanted him gone. He's a low-effort player who only cares about padding his career int numbers.
