The knocks on Rattler completing 50% of his passes are absurd given the epic number of dropped passes/completions called back by penalties. He had a handful of obviously bad passes, but he's easily in the 60%+ range if he's throwing to NFL receivers. There may have been six drops on Sunday.

Loomis was right. Firing Allen did not lead to a turnaround.

Perhaps had Loomis done the obviously right thing and fired DA earlier we would not now need such a "turnaround".....

LOL SMH, NOWHERE did I say that Rttler was the reason we lost the game. My post was in response to your ridiculous statement that as you said it " Rattler had 4 passes dropped on each possession to start the 2nd half.."

It was to point out just how wrong you were since in some of the possesions in the beginning of the 2nd half he didn't even THROW 4 passes that could have been dropped. You said you were at the game, did you spend a lot of the 2nd half at the concession stand?

Rattler had a decent 1st half and a pretty bad 2nd half , Even Nowak said so. I think SR had very good arm talent and pretty good pocket presence . It's his decision making and footwork along with some things that he should have gotten better at in college that are the issue. Can he get better? Maybe. But I think he will need a QB whisper to do it, He didn't progress in college he actually got worse as his college career went on. It's the reason he lasted till the 5th rd

I think SR has very good to great arm talent and good pocket presence, and he stands in the pocket and makes a great throw sometimes.
But his decision-making leaves much to be desired. He does not see the field like he should and his footwork is not good. He touch is not good evident by some of the hard and high throws he made Sun. that would have been completions if he had better touch. He holds the ball too long

These are things he should have improved on in college but if you watch all of his college career you would see that get got worse as his career went along. He's going to need a QB whisper for a coach if he has a shot at correcting these issues
