Temu mahomes is still really good lol. But nonetheless we have Derek Carr and he will play extremely well for us the rest of the season. No need to give up on him after one game. He played well considering the pressure. We going be ok. Still think we win 13 games

Carr got absolutely blasted on that INT.

What we saw was what everyone said can't happen for him to be successful. If the OL plays like trash, we are going to lose games and Carr will look bad.

I'm not really blaming the OL because the mid-game injuries screwed up all our scheming, but after a week of practice and game-planning, they have to be better on Sunday.

Looked to me that he double clutched it, then tried to sidearm the pass. Must have thought the blocking for the screen was good. Seemed like a similar play that worked great against the Cowboys. Obviously, getting the pass blocked blew up the play.

Carr is not and has not been the issue. The issue is he and his coach are married to each other here…. And as one goes, so does the other. We all know what has to happen if we want to live to see the next iteration of great Saints football. That’s not Carr’s fault either
