How would you assess Fuaga? Do you think he’ll be another future Willie Roaf or at least a future multi- time Pro Bowler (2 Viewers)

None at all. I feel great about the player’s ceiling and think he has the mental makeup and the drive necessary to reach it.

Are you serious?? While I think he's doing fine for a rookie , he has hardly played as you say "If he stays healthy…Hall of Famer, one of the greatest Saints of all-time.
He’s turning in perfect game after perfect game, as a rookie, playing a new position…he has the gift."

Perfect game after perfect game???? He has not played ONE perfect game. He was better at the beginning of the yr and has had some downright poor games. His PFF is 65.7

Relax brother. Is this really something to be so bent out of shape about? How is a fan having great expectations for a player and speculating on how good they think the player could be THIS big of a deal to you? I don’t know if I can think of a much sillier thing on here to be picking a fight with people about. Calm down.

He played very poorly last night, was almost beat on every play. Roaf would never have looked like that. No comparison whatsoever. In fact I think we need to look at Tackle in this draft.
On top of the first sentence being untrue (most pressure came from the right side of the line) and the second sentence being untrue (Roaf had many bad games of his own) they are absolutely comparable. Roaf played RT as a rookie before flipping with Richard Cooper in year 2, Fuaga was trusted to play LT from day one and will likely stay there due to Penning being relatively better at RT.

I'm all for having hopes for a rookie player but your claims and expectations just made me SMH. I'm not bent out of shape just expected a more reasonable assessment from you

Ignore this guy, these fans are hilarious that think like this. Bad guy, we should raft his replacement, last week before this game he allowed zero pressures and was the top graded LT in the entire NFL for pass blocking. This judging a player off 1 game is too funny

That should tell you that “Man, this guy that I expect more from seems to have a strong conviction about this guy,” and nothing more. I feel great about the prospect and think he has a high ceiling and just as high of a floor; what’s the big deal?

Are you upset that he’s showing up your BFF Penning at LT or something? j/k 😂
