I do think Kyle Mccord QB from Syracuse is a legit 2nd round talent though.

That’s who I’d target if I’m the saints, IF I have to take a QB.

Not far fetched at all to believe he is the best in this class 5 years from now.

If Moore took Dart at 9 and WR Jayden Higgins from Iowa State or Tre Harris of Ole Miss in the 2nd round what would you think?

Because he was salivating to draft Mahomes. He said he was the best QB he’d ever seen on any tape.

Which is why they should have made one of their trade ups, but they do that for primarily bust players only lol kidding kinda

I mean what I think I've already said. The blame seems to be whatever some people want to throw at SP, that somehow he ran his mouth and blew the pick, when in fact the reporting all refers to another team 'picking at 12 or below' as being the ones Mahomes told the Chiefs about.

The trade up bit is purely my supposition, but it seems logical that if they wanted him that badly, with their draft history regarding targeted players, that they would have been trying to trade up. Instead the Saints draft room story seems to read as if no such moves were being made.

I would feel like KM must feel that Dart is the long term solution at QB, then I'd hope he would be right.....but I really don't think it's going to happen.....

I think we are going to see a replay of last year. Nix went at and Rattler at 150, none in between. Most mocks had Rattler as a mid-3rd, I'm willing to give him a couple more years. If Graham and Will Johnson are gone, I hope Jeanty is there and a trade down happens.
