The offense was fine. The run defense is what did them in. We need to learn as well. If you cannot stop the run on

Guess we are supposed to hate all things 2018 Rams, in addition to the head official from that game that had absolutely nothing to do with the missed P.I. call whatsoever.

I thought of our playoff losses during the Mora years--especially our 44-10 loss to Minnesota in 1987. So much excitement and hope before and at the start of the game.

Yep. We should start finally seeing some of the musical chairs getting filled.

I think Ben Johnson going to the Bears really would get things jump-started and we’d begin seeing the dominoes falling.

I think if that Bears job gets filled by anyone not named Mike McCarthy, he will be our guy.

Also, I have a weak spot for the city of Detroit. First, Detroit has experienced some great urban challenges over the past 50 years with the decline of American car manufacturing.

Second, I grew up and went to school with a ton of kids from Detroit and Seattle in the 1960s when Boeing and Chrysler were the principal contractors at the Michaud facility in New Orleans East and transferred a number of workers from Seattle and Detroit to New Orleans. That was a time when New Orleans and Seattle were comparable in size.
