Him running 4.55 would drop him out of the first round. It would make zero sense that he would run that slow. I haven't even heard it even remotely suggested that Jeanty is a slow back outside of this board.

Yeah, Moss participated and had crazy numbers, he still dropped. My point was about him dominating the competition, that's what people doubted. I guess you missed that part since I didn't reference anything about the combine.

This reminds me of 1998 when people were doubting Randy Moss because he played at Marshall and dominated. People thought he wouldn't translate, too skinny and lower level competition.

Yes, they were, but that's the reason he dropped. He didn't drop because he went to a small school. He displayed his athletic ability at the combine and made it clear that he was an elite athlete.

Don’t think that will be Jeanty unfortunately. Seems like the “secret” is out on him. I could see us eyeing someone in the 2nd or 3rd though depending on the grades and how the board falls.

I do not want to rely on Kendre anymore. He’ll be a nice bonus if he stays healthy but I don’t want to count on it.

I think Jeanty will pair perfectly with Kamara and will extend his career. Both can also lineup as wr and really mess up defenses. That is my take on Jeanty. Will be like having a young Mark Ingram again but with upgraded skills.
