I think the accident and the emergency surgery [appendectomy] he had thus far has thrown some of his practice time in the quagmire...his timing ain't there and if you don't get the proper practice time to work with the receivers...your gonna be effected by that...and I'm sure his head isn't totally in the game right now...all this that went on and is going on will get your head in a fog....the running game ain't there either so...he's had to try harder to make up for some lack in that phase of the game and could be forcing more quicker throws instead of just taking his time and going with what the defense gives ya.....who knows for sure what's on his mind right now except him....:dunno:

Big Ben's injury has nothing to do with it.


Big Ben wasn't any good last year, and it' showing this year.

He was just the beneficiary of Bettis and a good defense. Period.
