Every other creature on this planet kills...we're the only one that has a built in system of consequence for doing so. If that's what keeps him in line...more power to him, need more people out there like that if you ask me.

And yes...I also fear the Albino...season 1 episode 6 of "Banshee" should be mandatory watching in schools everywhere.
