Probably why they don’t hire you as their pitchman

Big pharma sinks hundreds of millions into advertising and bribe money for "our legislators" to ensure these products are in our faces constantly. These drugs:

1) may not work at all as advertised
2) if they do work may have terrible side effects
3) may be too expensive to afford
4) likely only prolong quantity of life while doing nothing for quality of life.
