So I watched all 4 seasons and it was pretty good. The first season was great. After that it went down a bit each season but IMO it remained a good show overall.

But I will say that after the first season it kind of didn't really feel like it was Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan. All pretense that he was still an "analyst" and just ended up in the field by coincidence and managed to muddle through it was over. He was a full on CIA Operator by half-way through the second season. Which, kind of wasn't what I would expect from Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan but I suppose it was character development and I don't know all the Jack Ryan books. But it was a good show anyway.

Yeah, the first season was easily the best one. They're all decent, but I agree the drop-off each season was noticeable. I thought Krasinski played the part well, and by the end of the first season, I felt like he's a decent Jack Ryan character. I wouldn't have guessed that based on his role in The Office.

It's listed as Untitled Jack Ryan Project on Wendell Pierce's IMBD. I would guess it's the movie mentioned above.
