I prefer the SKS personally... less recoil... same round... more accurate on follow up and long shots.... just as reliable. It's a little longer and heavier than the AK.... but not "that much"... JMO. Enjoy.

I don't know why anyone in Counter Strike ever bothers with another kind... but the P90 can be a kick.

I was always partial to the Scar (either type) in my war games.

You need a AK74 next. They are even more fun. Ammunition harder to find though. I am in the business, but I don’t like working on the AK types much. Too many variations between manufacturers and even the same manufacturer sometimes.
