Keep my 360 or trade for PS3? (3 Viewers)

I like first person shooters that are like sci-fi's like q4,d3,prey,bioshock, halo's etc makes the game fun fighting enormous bosses you know.

i don't see the problem with it being simialr to splinter cell....those are great games

then again, i would expect any game of in the stealth/action genre to be somewhat like splinter cell

using that logic, halo is just like COD4 is just like [insert all FPS here]

To be honest I understand where you are going I am not that big of a fan of halo, but all the quake and doom games are just awesome.

Ok I just want to through this out there. Wouldn't be the other way around with Splinter Cell being similar to Metal Gear Solid since the Metal Gear series predates the Splinter Cell seriers by a good bit.

Now on to the question. A lot a fanboys in this forum so probably the best advice would be to go with what you want. These are $400 systems and I would make sure this the $400 you want. Either system is great to have and I would think you would enjoy the ps3 if you got it or still enjoy the xbox360 if you kept it. Also to note there are rumors about a bluray drive for the 360 so you probably could hold out for a month and see if its true or not. If there is to be an announcement it would probably be at e3 in July.
If anything why don't you see if that person you work with will let you try it for a few days to see if you like it are not.

Halo 3 had to be the most hyped thing ever under the PS3 :hihi: (oh snap)

H3 lasted about 1-2 weeks and I never touched it again. The ONLY thing cool about it was the fact that you could take pics and watch vids of pwnage.

Yeah, i know. I wasnt saying what i said to say that MGS isnt a good game. It just not really bring anything new to the table, much like halo 3. Just a solid gameplay experience. Much like halo 3. Neither bring anything new to the table, neither are worthy of the hype.
