Sounds like he knew more different motion calls than Gruden did in this video. I like how he explains the offense as a lot of different ways of doing the same thing. That’s what makes McVay so great. He uses well known concepts but adds small wrinkles to it to throw defenders off.

Yea Gruden seemed impressed. Gruden did nail the fact that KM didn’t have NFL size. But I like the way that KM attempted to emulate Drew Brees preparedness to overcome his height. Im sure he’ll teach that type of hyper-preparedness to his QB. Its just a matter of time that we’ll have a highly productive and efficient offense like we had under Drew and Sean. Yea I’m officially excited about this hire.

Thanks for posting the video. The report he wrote on Brady was awesome. Something stood out to me about what he said there. He is going to take advantage of opportunities. He isn't waiting. That is why there was no chance he was going to be pensive and stay as OC in Philly. In his mind he is going to run it back here. Confidence is a good thing.

I don’t know if you all saw this video, this one is different from his introductory press conference. He was asked about his demeanor and if he will ever yell like the typical coach. IMO, I dont think he’ll yell, as much as he will straight up demand something.

Welcome Dr John. It’s great to have a Kellen Moore fan who has been following him for his entire football career. As concerned as some are about signing a young, unproven head coach, I’m excited with the direction this organization has chosen to go in order to move back into pro football legitimacy once again. And having Moore determined to call the offensive shots reminds me so much of our most successful head coach who was equally determined to make a success of his time in New Orleans.

I believe that two years from now we will be looking back fondly at the decision to sign Moore to coach our team. September can’t come soon enough for me!

Agree! There are alot of moving parts! Time will tell how this plays out! I'm sure Kellen is up for the challenge. The more support he gains the quicker the results! It's not Rainbows and Unicorns yet!
