Kendre Miller’s conditioning (19 Viewers)

This seems a bit ridiculous.

Players can't control hamstring injuries unless this also applies to Shon and his hamstrings.
Actually, hamstring injuries (unless freak injury like being rolled up on) are mostly due to conditioning and muscle imbalances.

Focusing on mobility and strengthening the posterior chain are 2 things Miller needs to focus on heavily.

You’d think with players like Jordan and Davis on the team who have been iron men during their careers, players like Miller (if they want to be successful and have long careers) would be following their plans to the tee!

You are making too much sense. LOL. Will go over the head of some.

Lol, Miller said that he was coming for AK41’s spot his rookie year. That aged like spoiled milk

Can someone of influence please suggest that Kendre Miller train with Alvin in the off-season? Alvin is still very good after all these years and he would admit that it's because of his off-season training.
Kendre seems to be one of the athletes who understand that a ton of hard work will be required to get where you want to be in sports, but it takes an even tougher grind to stay there. He seems to have no understanding of what it takes to get your body in the right condition to handle the rigors of the NFL. Hopefully, the light bulb comes on at some point.

This is pure speculation on my part, and the kid could simply be unfortunate.

After awhile, there will be no more excuses for this young man not being on the field. Like someone said previously in this thread,.he's going to have to work hard to be great. That's if he wants too
