I’m not against us hiring Aaron Glenn but I am against hiring any coach with the stipulation that they don’t change the staff to suit their personal vision. If that reasoning is true then Loomis really does need to go. Promote him out of the job or whatever needs to be done.

We need someone with fire and tenacity coaching here. I haven't seen that in Glenn. Gruden would be the guy to bring that fire.
I wouldn't mind keeping Kubiak, Rizzi and Woods. They've done okay considering how terrible the injuries were this season. The only disappointment was that Kubiak does not adjust well after halftime. It's like he has a script and refuses to change it.
If we're healthy there's no doubt that we're a playoff team. We played without Taysom, Carr, Olave, a healthy O-line, practically a 2nd string defensive backfield.
We just need to be healthy and hire a solid coach imo.

Use talent? Is that better? He used King Henry, AJ Brown, Deandre Hopkins, etc within their strengths as players.

Was he the one drafting the players? The GM traded AJ Brown out from under him, so was Vrabel in on the personnel decisions or did he use what he got?

Spags was chosen by Payton and Payton made him keep Joe Vitt and the rest of the clowns. You make my point.

The record shows it wasn’t Spags. He went on to more Super Bowls and success. What it looked like was Payton's cronies closed ranks and pointed fingers at Spags. He should have fired the cronies and kept Spags.

And other than 2013 the defenses through 2016 were awful also. Near worst too.

I'm not sold on Vrabel, he inherited a 9-7 team from Mularkey that had won a playoff game. Some say that Mularkey got a raw deal getting fired. In Vrabel's 1stand 2nd yrs he could do no better than Mularkey at 9-7. But he did get to the AFCCG in his 2nd yr. and then could not win a playoff game after that.

Do you really think that Robinson the GM just totally went away from what his choice for HC and one that had winning seasons wanted to draft?? C'mon man
