Caution light came on about 1 second before he crossed the commit line so he had to drive through and a lap later had to pit before pit road was open because he could make another lap without running out of fuel. He will have to stop again to get tires and then serve a penalty.

I should have gone with my gut and picked Dixon, Jimmie just isn’t there yet. I thought he might be competitive because of some good practice and qualifying laps. But not so much in the real race.
