Watched my 9yr old nephew play two games last Saturday on carpet and it feels just wrong no dirty trousers or jerseys... now seeing Texas has the same.... We know where homeplate is but usually with dirt you always saw homeplate from the camera angles behind the pitcher... but know you cant

LSU is making a mess of a game that they seemed to have under control twice tonight. But Texas has clearly taken over this game. All their pitching is failing.

The Tigers had no answer for Texas’ big hitters tonight. The bullpen just didn’t have the stuff to make the Longhorns struggle at the plate. The bad thing about being in a dominant conference is that there will be a lot of ‘bloodletting’ in practically every SEC series that will be played this year. Hopefully strength of schedule will be considered as much as actual wins & losses. Because LSU will definitely have their share of the latter.
