LSU Baseball 2025

If it’s possible to actually have your butt handed to you, Texas has thoroughly embarrassed LSU so far today in Game 3 of the series. Clearly LSU has quite a way to go before they are Omaha Ready. Frankly I’m glad the Tigers are getting a dose of reality this weekend. They need to realize they have a bullseye on their backs every time they take the field.

Make it stop, @Bill . Make.it.stop.

Jay and his boys had no info on this freshman pitcher who got his first start today. But he has been a pure pitching machine; hitting his spots in the strike zone with absolute precision. He is mowing down Tiger batters like a big leaguer among boys. :covri:

But I’ll give it my best Costanza the rest of the way. :hihi:

I’ve gotta say, this may be one of the worst officiated games I’ve ever seen in college baseball. While it’s true that LSU deserves to lose today, the officials have poured some serious home cooking all over this game. The missed calls are obvious and undeniable. :hm:

The now low ranking LSU Tigers vs. the Ragin' Cajuns tonight at Alex Box, 6:30 p.m. on SEC+ network.

Nice win for LSU. 17-4 does feel better than what happened to the Tigers in Austin over the weekend.
The LSU series against Mississippi State this week begins on Thursday night. Time to get back on track in the SEC.

LSU is struggling early in Game 1 at The Box against Miss St. I know that there is plenty of game left, but so far LSU just ain’t passing the eye test tonight. 😢

It’s not getting any better in Baton Rouge tonight. The Bulldogs are out-pitching and out-hitting LSU in every inning. The Tigers are behind 5-2, but it’s really as close as the score makes it seem. Anderson is unable to get the Miss St batters out and Tiger batters just can’t find the pitches. :covri:

Okay, I'm tuning in now. Let's see what happens.

Great move! Since you came on AND the Bulldogs retired their starting pitcher, LSU has been able to take control at the plate and have taken a 7-6 lead. I just hope the Miss St bullpen continues to struggle.

Now if only the SEC channel had cooperated and would show me the next 2 games. Alas, they did not.

Got outta that one.
