Millenials outnumber boomers by quite a bit now. I recall reading a few years back.Recreational is on the ballot here in Maryland. Saw 4 old farts holding signs in front of a dispensary this weekend. Die harder will never die but luckily their numbers have dropped to a minimal level
The Commerce Clause has been abused for a long time IMO. I personally think its broad interpretation over time, going back to even Wickard v. Filburn, is the greatest example of federal overreach through the utilization of the judicial as an apparatus to enable legislative agenda. Hell, maybe even Gibbons v. Ogden's "intrastate" commerce decision. It's going to be interesting to see if they can get the schedule changed.
A recent poll from Monmouth University shows 68% of the American public supports legalizing the possession of small amounts of marijuana for personal use. The support crosses gender, age, income and education differences, polling shows. In addition to the 19 states that have legalized personal recreational use, 37 states now allow pot for medical purposes.
AC Infinity sells grow kits with tent, light, fans, filter, Pots, trimmers, and everything you need to grow a plant except the seed and soil. I have never used their lights, but their tents and fans are excellent quality. If I had it to do over, I would likely just buy a couple of their 4X4 kits and roll. I would not grow a plant open in the Den, too many problems with light leakage and smell. The tent allows you to control everything and is an essential part of the process. If I was worried about a small plant count, I would just roll a 2X4 with two plants and be happy.Ima sit in my back yard and burn me a fat one
I live on a corner lot at a busy intersection, so unfortunately it will be difficult to grow those 2 plants allowed as long as they're out of the public view. Might just grow them in my den with a grow light
I have several friends who use grow lamps here in Seattle. Instead of the standard ones they opted for the full spectrum lighting though. They found these lights doubly effective during the cold, dark, grey winter months because they aproximate sunlight and help fight SAD.Might just grow them in my den with a grow light
Could the reservations make their own decisions? I know they have some latitude for self legislation.ND still stuck in the Dark Ages I see.
