My friend's mom has one and says it's overrated. Or at least the location on Veterans. She said it's not that good and you can't just go in there and buy it, you have to place an order. And don't you have to pay 250 every year just to keep the card?

I wasn't talking about who gets the cards, just that the quality of the weed wasn't good and you couldn't just go in there and pick out what you wanted. And that the cards are 250 each year.

I want to get medical marijuana card in Louisiana. Does anyone have any experience with this? What symptoms are covered, what kind of doctor do you need to see?

I asked my regular Dr. He didn't at the time, but I got a referral. The referred Dr said in La, any Dr who can prescribe schedule drugs can do MJ. Many do not know or won't.

DHH, has the guidelines listed if you search. Anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, cancer, insomnia and quite a few more things are qualifying iirc.

Curious about this now as well. I have chronic knee pain and ended up buying some of those THC/CBD seltzers a couple weeks ago. It wasn't all gone, but it's the least pain I've had since a post-op nerve block. I expect my ortho isn't one to write this sort of thing though.
