Well you can easily prove it with the ticket stub for the movie and the time of the ticket issued to you by the officer. And if you did get a ticket, just take pictures of you sitting in the theater afterwards. Besides, I don't think it would ever come to that, the chances of a cop catching you in a parking garage are pretty slim.

If a cop is messing with you smoking pot in a movie theater parking lot, he is already having a very bad day and the ticket is probably not what you need to worry about.

Again, I'm not worried about getting caught. I go to the same theater 95 percent of the time and there are no cops there and it only takes 5 minutes to smoke and then I'm going into the theater. I mean they have that guy on the golf cart but I ain't worried about him.

my dad has been smoking his whole adult life. he's 81 now, so over 60 years.
he just got his first medical prescription. he got some gummies and some drops.
he said he can only take 1/4 of the gummie. he says one drop in the morning and his leg doesn't hurt the whole day. i told him that stuff isn't the same stuff you've been buying from Willie down the street . lol.

If your father is experiencing chronic pain- especially lower back, see if his dispensary sells CBG or CBC - optimally as a 3:1 or 4:1 CBG to THC ratio.
I like tincture in the morning - a heavy Sativa 1:1 CBG and use a distillate pen throughout the day. I am able to focus and work all day without back pain from an falling accident.
If the issues is more muscular or joint and has trouble sleeping, same ratio as above but CBN is the most active sleep cannabinoid. My wife will use a black tea CBN before bed - No THC and buys it at the grocery store.

He's had rheumatoid arthritis for a long time. He takes some kind of steriod for it. It mostly works, but he has days where he hurts more. he's in 81, but thinks hes 61. He was just impressed with how potent is was. Like i said tho, he's been smoking it for "preventive Maint" for years....lol..

And he shouldn’t use a disposable lighter or a Zippo with butane (or really burning it tbh)
N-butane causes joint inflammations and the carbon from the burning cannabis can build up in joints as well. In fact butane has been linked to causing RI.
He really needs to stick to edibles or oils that vaporize (vape pen, butter /shatter) without the use of a flame.

Thats interesting. Yea, he's been usiing a regular lighter. all these years i assume. But he doesn't smoke cigarettes, only mj. His mom had it extremely bad, She has the deformed knuckles and had many surgeries, i assume its hereditary. I am just hoping i don't get it. He isn't as bad as she was, at least i don't think. She was in a wheel chair/ walker the whole time i remember her..

I will give my state Ms. credit for one thing. Possession of an ounce or less is a misdemeanor. It has been for a long
time. My nephew got busted for slightly less than one ounce. He received a 100 dollar fine and it would not go on
his record.
