There are road-side stands in south Georgia that sell Rib Sandwiches. It is literally a rib (bone and meat) between bread. And lots of sauce. Presumably to be eaten when driving. I never understood the logistics of eating a sandwich with a big bone in it. Sauce dripping all over you too. But they do that.
