[Merged] AK officially out Sunday (2 Viewers)

Hope they use Montgomery more than they have as the main backup. I would also like to see Taysom line up at running back more than any other position Sunday, but doubt that since I’ve only seen that a couple times ever

An understandable opinion.
No word on how severe his injury is?
If the injury is not severe, I guess it will come down to how many games the Saints win while AK is out.
I don't want to give up on the season, but it is becoming increasingly more difficult to hold out any hope to make the playoffs this year.
I think Saints will make the playoffs, the teams outside of Saints contending for the 6th and 7th seed are fairly bad.

But anything beyond a cameo appearance in the playoffs is highly unlikely.

I think Kamara had a knee tweek in 2019 and wasn't the same for the rest of the year.

Agree across the board.
I do remember AK hurting his knee in 2019.

It's not out of the question that they could eke in to the playoffs, but if they do I feel like it would be like the 1990 team (all defense, no offense, and painful to watch).

The team has a lot of work ahead of them.
This will probably be Payton's toughest test of his career, at least since his lost season. If he can pull the guys together and fight and scrap and hopefully snag enough wins to get in the playoffs and if Kamara and a few others are healthy enough, maybe make a run. Long shot, but who knows in this nutty season?

Did he play through an injury last week or did he come out of the game injured? Anyone know when he was injured?
He ran on the 2 point conversion after Stills' go-ahead TD, so he played the whole game.

People have mentioned 2019. I thought that was an ankle injury.

Also, if it's any consolation, Julio has developed a hamstring problem this week, AJ Brown missed practice today with a knee issue, and Tannehill missed practice today with an illness. And of course Henry's out.

Saints are gonna win this Sunday… I’m as confident about this week as I’ve ever been. They’re going to show up and play lights out!

If you play daily FF… get Ingram! He’s gonna put up 100+yds and 2 TDs.
