As dear old Kirk Cousins would say, “How do you like me now” !!!

So cool. Glad he was mic'd for this.

Also amazing Jameis moment. Hears "deep shot" and his eyes light up like a kid on Christmas morning "yes!" 😅

I want to get behind PC but I need a few more games to see if he is a better play designer then last year, even though I saw some concepts in the passing game that looked to be new wrinkles on offense resulting in D.Carr having a 300 yard passing game his first time operating the offense.

I think Curry and Burns (WR Coach) may have helped with route concepts and play designed.

Dude got help with a good chip and still got beat like a drum
I'm not sure what you're seeing.

The defense ran a twist. Hurst and Penning passed guys off to each other.
Penning, with help from the chip stuns the DE who loops inside.

Hurst doesn't stun the DT (Simmons!) and Trevor is playing catchup.
Hopefully, he'll adjust to that type of game speed.

Carr had time to take his normal drop and throw from a clean pocket.

I honestly just watched the video didn't really pay too much attention to the details. Just assumed he got whipped like he did on 80% or more of his snaps

And if you think he had his normal time and did not feel somewhat rushed leading to the throw fading too much to the sideline, then I am not sure what you are watching and can only assume you have never played that position.

My apologies for missing the details

Pennings is walking in mud out there, he needs to get his feet moving and keep his base under him.

Oh. So that wasn't Carmichael with that call then.

*sigh*
He told his QB Coach he wanted another deep shot, he then relayed it to PC and a deep shot was called.

Curry and Burns (WR Coach) are in the install meetings so they help build this offense, Carmichael just calls the plays on gameday but Curry got an opportunity to call plays in the preseason so hopefully we are seeing new concepts brough on by Curry and Burns and Gruden for that matter.
