Millennials Killing Mayonnaise (2 Viewers)

sometimes I even use it to dip french fries in. True story. On miracle whip, my great grandmother served me salads with it as dressing. With homegrown tomatoes, I still remember those salads.

my grandma would make a miracle whip and American cheese sammich

Not a huge mayo fan

I do like miracle whip, it’s what I grew up with, I rarely have it now though

I thought the guy reading the letter was hilarious

Miracle Whip is an abomination.

Blue Plate FTMFW.

Although, I don't really eat it anymore.

Mayonnaise or miracle whip.....I switch between the 2 because each goes better with something different. I eat mustard and ketchup also and none of it has to be some obscure brand no one has ever heard of. It's a sammich topping or dip base....not a wine or beer.

I’ve tried some fancy ketchups and mustards

Some have been very good

But I always come back to Heinz and French’s

Good. More for me.

Team mayo for life over here too. I wonder if the burger places reinforcing the whole mustard OR mayo dichotomy aren't contributing to the us vs. them condimental culture divide. Or are the exclusive burger dressing options in places like Mighty Fine merely reflections of a real difference that already existed prior to their being menufied for ease of ordering?

I put my made up word count at two (2) for this post.

I also think obscure or fancy stuff can all be good. I just don't have to have that in order to enjoy a burger and for everyday use there's a reason the big companies are big. They offer a good product at a good price. A jar of miracle whip will has us 6 months. I don't mind giving them $12 a year haha

Can we stop acting like Millenials are this crazy new thing radically changing the landscape? The oldest are pushing 40 and the youngest are already done with college. They're, dare I say it, almost yesterdays news. Let's talk about what the post-Millenial generation is killing. Millenials are old and lame now. They are already starting to take on the Boomer-esque hatred of young people at their oldest levels. The last thing Millenials should kill is Millenials are Killing articles.

Those who like miracle whip while they hate mayo and vice versa...I don't get it. It's essentially the same thing. Miracle whip has a lower oil content and a few extra spices, that's it. Strongly preferring one over the other, OK, I get that. But loving one while absolutely detesting the other? I don't buy it. It's just one of those things that some people like to have strong opinions about for the sake of it. The two aren't that much different.
