Mock Draft [Simulators] Compilation Thread - 2025 NFL Draft (5 Viewers)

I haven't posted one in awhile as I kept doing the same thing, drafting Jeanty at 9 and go from there. He more than likely won't be available at 9, so I've tried a few with Dart at 9 and trading back a little to get Dart and see how the draft falls

I tried this route after the discussion in the Mason Taylor thread and Warren/Loveland comparison article buried in that thread. Essentially the article says Warren is better as a TE/gadget guy and Loveland is the better traditional TE and only ascending. With that in mind, I tried a 2 TE draft with Loveland and Taylor. We also have no size at WR, so that was addressed. If we ended up witha draft like this, the offense would be remade and able to go big, go small, go fast, go power, etc.

Loveland and Taylor to a room with JJ, Moreau and Holker turns a weaker area into a strength.

Hampton in a backfield with AK, Miller and CEH would be a strength.

Jayden Higgins and Thornton adds 2 big WRs with speed, both can play the Big Z and develop into Big Xs. I like the idea of having a Big Z to go with the smaller WRs we have on the team.

Someone mentioned on here before about making Olave the 4th option to cover, essentially creating open space for him. Adding those above with AK, Shaheed, JJ and Cooks would do that.

Shough gets us a big athletic QB to develop. He can run with his 4.6 time as well.

Pierce adds a monster OL to develop, maybe put in at LG.
Note: I could have went Belton at 93 and the drafted Ewers at 112 or McCord. The idea here is to get one of those QBs and a Big OL like Belton or Pierce.

Finally I double dipped at LB. One or both of these guys should be able to play that LB position in Staley's defense. DD is old and will fall off at some point.

Black is the monster NT to plug into the middle of the D-line. I could have went Stackhouse here as well.

Notes: Etienne the BYU OT who we've met with is available late, so he could be in play late. If he's the target that opens up pick 93 or 112 for a different position/player.

This draft was a little more fun as I went a different route and still ended up with quite a few studs and 2-5 starters including QB1 of the future.

Along with Indy's 4, 5, and 7 in '26. Tet was a value pick and while I'm not as high on him as I was before, he's still good value at 14. Emmanwori because Honey Badger is almost out the door and a box safety with speed and instincts is always nice. Porter because he's a physical freak. Ratledge because he's a nasty inline blocker who'd do well between Fuaga and McCoy. Skattebo was a value pick, but as a joker piece I think he'll do well. Jordan Phillips always seems to be available at 112 because he's a pure nose. His stats won't pop off the page at the NFL level, but he's a great space-eater and has the potential to be talked about as the best nose coming out of this draft. Tyler Baron because he's an incredibly coachable guy who realized coasting on his athletic gifts wasn't enough and had to become a technician, which reminds me of a certain future Hall of Famer currently on the roster. Dont'e Thornton because he's a huge speedster whose potential hasn't really been tapped up to this point and I'm tired of the average Saints WR being shorter than me. TeSlaa because he's a contact merchant who relishes blocking and going over the middle and we could use that kind of fearlessness. Downs because we need a rotational guy who can play the 5-tech in a 3-4.

Kinda went a little heavier on guys with potential on this one, but I have faith in the staff Kellen's assembled.
