NFL Most hyped teams of 2024 (1 Viewer)

Why? Most of their star/best players are still young and drafted within the last couple seasons.
The Lions are being built the right way, it took three years to get them to the NFCCG and they their inexperience came back to bite them, the Lions are an ascending team, not an over hyped or hyped up one.

Hype is designed to sell content and for advertisers to sell food, beer and ED drugs. Teams in large markets and with sizable fan bases are routinely overhyped when any sliver of hope exists for a season. Also the system in the NFL also has the biggest illusion of fairness in professional sports. It seems realistically possible for poorly run franchises to be relevant when a few things line up. That allows for a good feel good narrative yearly ---- Keep those things in mind and it will make complete sense why the Cowboys are "contenders" each year and the Falcons are "on the rise" ---

The Ravens are the real deal. They are Super Bowl or bust. Living here in Raven country, the word on them is watch out.

The AFC is loaded with hype: Ravens, Chiefs, Bengals, Browns, Dolphins, Texans, Jets, Chargers (Harbaugh), Raiders (Pierce), and I know I'm missing someone......

The NFC has four hyped teams: Lions, Falcons, Packers and 49ers. The Cowboys aren't hyped so much as their drama and owner make the news.

I'm not sure that i would really consider the falcons that hyped. i think they are getting a lot of love because the division is so bad, so they are the easy team to pick to win. but they are an "exciting" team with some young talent.

The so called MSM is hive minded. Watch or read 20 different main streamers and they all say the same thing, just using different words and styles.
