This is my pick even though it is Bum Phillip’s grandson. I am shocked his name is not thrown around more often but i think that is due to teams wanting to be sneaky. He will be in the running if he wants it. Once the season is over, i predict he will be the in the top 3 most coveted next to Johnson and Vrabel.

I think his DUI suspension makes him a tough hire this cycle. Do you really want a guy with that poor judgement running your team? But aside from that…not being a play caller would put him outside of my top 5 offensive HC candidates.
