Dabo reportedly has a buyout well in excess of $60 million.

I doubt that would stop Bama. Alabama Football is everything to that state.

That being said, I don't think Dabo is worth that. But, whoever takes the job is going to be on the hot seat constantly unless he immediately wins a few championships. That is going to be an impossible legacy to live up to.

I would expect many years similar to the post Bear era where they churned through coaches who just couldn't live up to that legacy.
