what is there to do at 3/4 am? already walked a few blocks, had a meaningful conversation with a homeless man, ended up at some random deli in times square where i ate too many pastries.

So, were you looking for trouble? Walking around New York at 3 a.m. sounds like a bad idea.

When Hurricane Irma hit a couple years back, had to check it out for my curiosity. Riding your bike with hurricane winds on your back is pretty fun. (Don't try this at home kids.)
