Nah white de's are ok. The golden rule of drafting is you don't draft black QB's or white RB's....

Short arms is a legit disadvantage as it allows the OL to win the inside battle of arm positioning. You are going to need to be really strong, really smart, really fast and have quick hands to over come that disadvantage against NFL players that spends hours just practicing their hand fighting.

Special Teams contribution are also very important. Awesome that the team captain is so good on special teams. It is definitely an area we can improve in.

In fact I wont cry if we pick a LS with pick #196.
