What are you talking about?

It's completely normal to trade a 2nd next year for a 3rd this year (or a 4th next year for a 5th, etc.). That happens every year, multiple times. In this case, it was to the top of the 3rd as well.

No one is laughing at that.

We got good value. #3 in the third for next years 2nd rounder seems like a win.
