Ugh. Carr's throws have been little checkdowns and yet I feel he is panicked in the pocket way too much. He doesn't look in control or assured of what he is seeing.

This is a flaw in the way the rules are applied. If the Refs are supposed to let the play run out and essentially assume it's a fumble, then the review should not be "irrefutable evidence." There should not be a presumption one way, and then a presumption on the review as well. Either call it straight on the field, or review it on an even standard.
