Yeah, I thought they were gonna change to 5 when Solo told Roman to look for 4 more to join him because Sami would be their 5th. I figured it was a gimmick, but wasn't 100% sure.

I personally think it was done to really build Cody vs KO at Survivor Series. I also think the RKO heel turn happens when he returns.

Also, I don't Randy's injured. He's said multiple times that he's in his best shape because of how Haitch books him. Plus, they let him take time off no questions asked.

They've been showing him looking at Cody's title occasionally, so they are at least teasing it. When Solo was still with Roman, they showed him looking at Roman's title like he wanted it. Now it did take months, but he finally turned, so I'm thinking Randy is turning at some point.
