I knew we had to be two touchdowns better to win...but next time we will force feed them Ivory which will give Drew time to carve up that pathetic secondary and it won't be so close even with the poor officiating.

Pierre Thomas got the first down by 3 yards on the next play so it was completely irrelevant.

And no, we won't see you again. You guys have one and done written all over you. This "we don't make mistakes" ***** way of winning doesn't work when the games really matter in January.

eh anyone who thinks Turner is a "Burner" is delusional. Turner is fat, has a bubble butt and is overrated. The guy sucks at changing directions, if there isn't a big hole up the middle hes not good for much. The ref made one mistake, compared to the dozens of bad calls that they had against the Saints. Falcons are overrated and you are right we won't see them after this year

You guys really have no room to complain...Seriously.

Good game, though...See you again in the playoffs, if you guys can get past the Bears or Eagles.

At least we know we can get past Matty Spice & the Spice Girls! So that's one less thing to worry about!

Pierre's knee was clearly down about a yard short, but they didn't give them the down or anything, and that's the only questionable call we got. He leapt two yards over the pile, so it is a moot point.

It was a good game and I look forward to doing this again in the NFCCG, if you make it past bears/green bay (now that they have the blueprint).

Instead of blaming the refs for the penalties, why don't we blame the people really responsible. Like Bushrod, whose false start cost us a TD. Like Porter's back-to-back PI penalties that put them on the one yard line. Like Dunbar's late hit on Ryan. There's no doubt that there were some penalties on the Falcons that weren't called. They were holding Will Smith all night for example and the only way their receivers get open is by pushing off. But until we clean up our own act, I don't think we have a lot of room to complain.

Over the decades, I've learned that bad calls are simply a part of the game. They are breaks a team gets or gives. You have to overcome them as well as your opponent because they are events that you cannot control or plan for.

Acknowledging them, fine. Complaining about them...useless.

I don't think it's a conspiracy for any team, but the officiating this season has been ABYSMAL all around. I've seen several games around the league turn on bad calls. Most have been insignificant to the Saints success, so I don't make a big deal of it.

With that said... This season to me has a black mark on it.

Had Porter not interfered they would have had a TD instead of a fumble two plays later.

We do need to clean up a little bit but we also won't always have to deal with such a flag-happy crew.
