His spelling isn't the problem, dude. Look at how the Atlanta offense played in Michael Vick's last couple of seasons compared to the way it played with essentially the same receivers under Ryan. The difference is obvious, and, no, Vick was not the better QB. It wasn't even close, in fact. Again, find me a professional football evaluator who would choose Vick over Ryan. Hint: You're not going to be able to find one.
