That’s fine if coach thinks he is ready. He didnt look ready to me and I doubt enough has happened for him to considerably alter that perception in these several weeks.

Longevity will put Rivers in the Hall of Fame. But really, he belongs in the Hall of Decent. Dude had generational talent at skill positions and still couldn't get the team over the hump.

I doubt he’s ready. If he was we wouldnt have Siemian. The problem is that the trade deadline is this week. We don’t have time to figure it out right now. If we don’t get someone we are hoping Taysom gets back and stays healthy and our other guys can win in the playoffs. Getting an extra guy with more real game experience is not a bad idea

All this makes Ingram trade huge. A best bet is a run heavy offense with Simien as QB, and Taysom in TE, RB role
